Payment Terms

Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation.

Refunds for Initial Purchases

If you are not satisfied with Oversearch, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@oversearch.ai with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Refunds for Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you are charged in error, including duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, please contact us immediately at hello@oversearch.ai. We will investigate and issue a refund for any verified billing errors.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

Oversearch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
