Service Provider

Oversearch is operated by Filipp Denisenko, a sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer) registered in Germany.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oversearch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Overload our systems or bypass rate limits
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with advance notice.

Intellectual Property

Oversearch retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding. You retain rights to your data and content.

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation.

Refunds for Initial Purchases

If you are not satisfied with Oversearch, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@oversearch.ai with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Refunds for Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you are charged in error, including duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, please contact us immediately at hello@oversearch.ai. We will investigate and issue a refund for any verified billing errors.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

Limitation of Liability

Oversearch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email.
